Avian influenza is a kind of poultry infection syndrome caused by type A influenza virus, which seriously threatens the global breeding industry, human health and public health safety. Avian influenza viruses belong to the Orthomyxoviridae family and influenza viruses. Two important proteins embedded in the virus surface envelope-hemagglutinin (HA, 16 species) and neuraminidase (NA, 9 species) divide avian influenza into different Subtype. Avian influenza virus has eight gene segments. When cells are infected with two different influenza virus particles, genetic recombination occurs easily when the virus replicates in the body, forming new strains, which brings great difficulty to the prevention and control of avian influenza.
At present, my country's prevention and control of avian influenza mainly relies on inactivated vaccines, but the following outstanding problems exist in the prevention and control of avian influenza:
1. The inactivated vaccine only produces humoral immunity and lacks cellular immunity and mucosal immunity protection. For diseases spread through the respiratory and digestive tracts, the lack of mucosal immunity is one of the reasons for the frequent occurrence of avian influenza. Because the mucosa is the primary site of infection, 95% of the body's infections occur in the mucous membrane. Once the pathogen breaks through the mucosa to the body, it is easy to cause infection.
2. The speed of vaccine development lags behind the speed of virus mutation. Avian influenza viruses are easy to mutate. Even with the same subtype, there are many genetic branches. The update speed of vaccines always cannot keep up with the speed of virus mutation, and even causes immune pressure on the virus.
3.The body fluid antibody level is very high, but it cannot solve the problem of mucosal poisoning and detoxification in the respiratory tract and digestive tract. Recent studies have shown that: after the avian flu vaccine is injected, although the body has a high level of antibody, when the virus is used to simulate natural infection through the nasal cavity, the chickens will still be infected and detoxify through the respiratory and digestive tracts, that is, "high antibody" Detoxification phenomenon". This phenomenon illustrates a serious problem. Body fluid antibodies cannot prevent the avian influenza virus from infecting the respiratory mucosa, multiplying and detoxifying in the respiratory mucosa.
Ⅱ. Mucosal immune microecological preparation "little green bottle"-building the first line of defense against avian influenza infection
Mucosa is the body’s main body to resist infection. More than 50% of the body’s lymphatic tissue and 80% of immune cells exist in the mucosal system. Quantitatively speaking, mucosal immunity is the body’s largest immune system and the body’s first line of defense
"Little Green Bottle" Product Features
Fast: Immune lactic acid bacteria will be generated in 20 minutes and enter logarithmic growth in 4 hours. On the basis of basic immunity, it can quickly promote the body's production of SIgA, compensate for traditional immune deficiencies, quickly adjust the balance of mucosal flora, and establish the body's first defense against pathogen invasion. Line of defense.
Strong: Increase the secretion of mucosal antibody SIgA by more than 1 times, and the total amount accounts for more than 80% of mucosal antibody. The structure of SIgA dimer contains more antigen binding sites and has stronger ability of neutralizing pathogens and immune elimination.
Whole: The mucosal immune system is widely distributed in the digestive tract, respiratory tract, genitourinary tract and other parts, covering humoral immunity and cellular immunity, playing a comprehensive role from local immunity to systemic immunity, enhancing the immune function of animals. Oral immunization saves time and effort, is safe and efficient.
